This GTO just screams out at you with the same excitement as the old Goat advertisements from that time period portrayed. This particular example is a recently completed, frame off restoration that was repainted in the correct Cameo White, and retains the correct black vinyl top. Much of the money spent during this restoration was devoted to paint, body, trim, and the engine details. The black vinyl interior with bucket seats sets off the factory center console and all the beautiful wood grain accents inside the car. Also noted in the photos are a very detailed engine bay and trunk compartment. This GTO was updated with raised white letter radial tires to look, drive, and handle better. Attention to detail includes correct factory hand painted pin-striping as well as pristine chrome and stainless that has all been re-plated or polished to a deep mirror-like shine. The detail doesn’t stop there... the entire underside of this car has also been refinished and restored to its original condition. Under the hood this GTO sports a YS code 400/350hp correct GTO engine. See below for engine details.
