I am selling my 1982 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup Truck. This is an incredible truck, and I wish I could keep it but I need to sell it for financial reasons. It needs a couple minor repairs, but once they are done this truck will serve its owner well. The gas mileage alone is worth it! These trucks are very special. -gets between 45 and 50 MPG! -5-speed manual transmission -2Barrel 22R 4 cylinder -diesel, 1.6 Liter engine (you'll never need to get it smogged!) -body in great condition, one small rust spot in the bed. -deep teal color -white camper top included -new front tires -registration paid through 2013 -working fan -functioning speedometer, gas guage, clock. Repairs needed: -AC not working -Horn not working -Wiring for the radio is fine, but the radio itself is not working. -Ideally you may want to get a front alignment, ball joint on front left wheel, and suspension overhaul. I purchased the truck in California and it is now in my home of New Orleans, Louisiana. You can come pick it up and drive it home!
