Hello Cadillac fans & those collectors that LOVE BIG FINS as well as those people that just love the unusual !!! This 1961 Cadillac convertible I have for about 2 years or so. It was restored by previous owner and would be consider a presentable driver. I recently had all of the brakes done and new front spring shocks installed as well as a going over by my mechanic. I last drove it any distance in the fall, recently I have only driven around my neighborhood. The previous owner used to drive it regularly to Maryland from New York. Being critical, The paint is good/nice overall for a driver, being great in some places and just ok in others; the interior is nice, the chrome (apparently rechromed a few years ago) is nice overall with a small spot lifting on the front pass side. Starts every time, and runs well. I think it is an Edlebrock carburator? Odometer reads 67,937 as best I can read it(a bit faded). Nice carpet inside & matching carpeted trunk. A "SHARP" looking convertible, for the person that LOVES BIG FINS! Many collectors love 1961 Cadillac BEST above the 1959 & 1960 having both the high "shark fins" AND the lower body "fins". I love 1959, 1960 & 1961 and to a lesser extent 1962. I have had all of them through the past 30 years as a car collector. Thank you! I have 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK from 15 YEARS ON EBAY!!!
