I have a 1982 camaro Z28 indy pace car edition in very good condition, only 6000 ever produced, has 305 V8, automatic, t-tops,new paint, graphics, seats recovered,new rubber window and t-top seals, new hood and hatch struts, new battery, less than 20 miles on new indy 500 tires. I purchased this car about a year and a half ago with the intention of restoring it for my sons first car, since then plans have changed and he has a newer vehicle. we have not driven this car very much at all but it always starts and seems to run great. The body was very solid, but the paint was terrible and the graphics were peeling, the underbody is very solid. The interior is nice, new seats, carpet is fine, a little faded in some areas, dash has a few small cracks common in these cars. Overall a very nice car with only 86,000 original miles.
