Vehicle Detail
This A120 is a very rare find. It was stored in a barn since the 1980s. It has a tune up and the carburetor was rebuilt with a new kit. I did a very careful wet engine start up. (I poured oil into the firing chambers and let it sit for a month. I removed the rocker cover and oiled all moving parts. Then with the spark plugs out, I rotated the engine. After I was sure that the entire engine was oiled and the oil pressure was up to normal, I fired it. It runs great.) I was told that the engine was rebuilt a couple years before it was parked. As you can see from the photo of the rockers, they are clean. I have a clear Utah title and the truck is not presently registered. The worm gear in the front differential is worn. I have driven the truck on my property in two wheel drive. It drives fine. I am using Dello 400 oil. The tires have 50 % tread Because I have not cleaned the truck gas tank, I have set up a gravity feed motorcycle tank to run the engine. (The motorcycle tank is not included in this sale.) Parts Missing: front bumper, seat, (the seat frame is there) spare tire and wheel. There is a break in the passenger window. I have not yet touched the brakes—the master cylinder is frozen. Thus, the truck is NOT yet road ready. When driving I have used the parking brake to slow the truck. It has a heavy duty rear bumper and tow package. I have owned a similar A120 before and this is a very well built tough truck and is of a solid design. I am 78 and have developed some health problems. Sadly, I will not be able to finish the restoration. The buyer is responsible for pick up and/or all shipping arrangements. The truck is sold as is where is. $500 deposit, via Paypal is due within 3 days of auction end. Final payment can be either with Paypal or cash. No phony cashier’s checks!! Good luck!!
