I do towing and sometimes come across nice vehicles. I check them for possible problems and do a test drive. I don't buy junk or vehicles I wouldn't trust driving myself. Some of the vehicles I come across are repos or have expired tags, but are good running vehicles with no problems. If I find any problems I will post them in the listing so you know what you are bidding on. Vehicles with expired registration are especially good for buyers outside of California because back fees owed to California DMV don't apply in other States. You will also be able to legally drive the vehicle back to your State by purchasing a vehicle moving permit that you can get for $18 at any California DMV. You can also get this permit at a DMV in your State. This classic Ford F-250 comes with a cab over camper and is being sold as a combo. Truck runs and drives good with no mechanical problems, no overheating, no shacking, no weird noises under the hood, no leaking of any kind, but gasoline drips from a small screw in the carburetor when the engine is running. Might just need to be tightened or the seal replaced. But it doesn't affect how the engine runs, and it runs strong. This truck starts with no problems, but it has to be started in N (neutral) because for some reason it won't start in P (park). It has big all-terrain Goodrich tires. The rear tires have about 40% tread left and the front tires were installed brand new last year and haven't been used much. The front tires are a little too big and scrape when you hit a bigger bump. The trucks interior is pretty clean and in good shape for it's age and everything is there and in working condition, all gauges, lights, blinkers, wipers, radio/cassette player, fan, just the AC doesn't work. Exterior is straight with no dents and the original paint is still pretty good for it's age. It looks like the truck was parked inside for most of it's life. The bed is a contractor bed with lots of storage. All the compartments lock with a key and there are lots of replacement parts for the truck inside of them, like pumps, filters, belts, bulbs, original owner's manual and much more. This truck comes with a color matching cab over camper that sits tightly and is also connected to the trucks cabin by the rear window. I have not tested the camper, but according to previous owner who lived in it for almost two years, there are no leaks and everything is in working condition. There was a solar panel setup with batteries that has been removed by previous owner. I personally would say the camper is in alright condition and could use some tlc. This truck holds a clean/clear California title and I have it on hand. Plates expired in January 2013, but registration is on hold with DMV so there will be no back fees. Truck and camper are being sold as is where is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for pickup in a timely manner. Buyers out of State please make sure you will be able to pick it up.
