This gorgeous, rust-free and very original 1971 911T Targa in Porsche’s signature racing silver color was a Southern California car for its first three decades. In early 2003 it was professionally transported to New York where it has been garaged and pampered by the present owner. 48,900 documented original miles. Driven only in clear weather on dry roads, never seen rain or snow, stored winters. Regular loving care exclusively from Rennwerke Porsche in Elmsford NY: new batteries, new CV boots both axles, new brake pads, excellent Michelin MXV4’s. New clutch and outer tie rods 2003 (about 9000 miles ago). Service records dating back to the 1980’s. The seats and carpet were re-done in 1999 and it was masterfully repainted in the late 80’s. Targa top in good shape, no fold stress. Owner’s manual, two keys (One believed original). Custom car cover. No known mechanical issues except air conditioning does not work. Minor cosmetic issues consisting of a few small paint/stone chips and a small crack on the driver’s side of the dash pad. Please see photos. Will ship anywhere, for cost, at buyer’s expense.
