Automatic w/ Manual Mode Wow...just WOW. This is a stunning example of a 2010 Cadillac CTS. This All Wheel Drive Cadillac is in very, very good shape and it runs and drives like the world-class sport-luxury sedan it is. It has the 3.6 liter V6 upgrade, and it runs great - a noticeable improvement over the base motor. It also comes with the optional White Diamond Paint and the Premium Collection Group - a $5300 factory package that includes all of the best options. Outside of the V-series, this was the Top Of The Line CTS available in 2008. The exterior is in very, very good condition. There are no notable dents or dings, and the White Diamond paint shines like new all around. Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here. Exterior features include polished 18" alloy wheels and fog lamps. There are also rear parking sensors. The interior is clean, and also in fantastic condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets and door panels are also in great shape. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar, and the driver's seat has memory settings. Both front seats are heated and ventilated. The rear seat is in excellent shape. Rear seat passengers have their own A/C vents. You can fold down either or both of the rear seats if you need extra cargo space. This Caddy offers a full compliment of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry with remote start; auto dual-zone air conditioning; BOSE AM/FM/XM/CD stereo with steering wheel controls; trip computer/driver info display; power tilt and telescopic wheel; cruise control, and much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. Safety features include dual air bags, curtain air bags, ABS and traction and stability control. The automatic transmission has a sequential manual shift mode. The Entertainment /navigation display has dual personalities. It can stay mostly hidden to show only basic information, or it can pop up to display full GPS maps and more. It will even play DVD videos (vehicle must be in PARK) The large screen shows 2D and 3D maps along with Points of Interest, Navigation and audio settings and more. Many functions are also voice activated. The BOSE audio system includes XM radio, a Hard Drive for recording your own music, and has USB and AUX inputs with an iPod / iPhone adapter. This CTS also comes with a power Ultraview moonroof. There are OnStar system controls on the rearview mirror, and HomeLink controls overhead. The books and both remote keys are with the car. The remote start option also turns on the A/C or heat, depending on the outside temperature. Audio inputs shown below.... The trunk is clean and roomy. The optional 3.6 liter V6 runs very well. It's rated at a very healthy 304 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque. That's 34 hp and 50 lb-ft of torque more than the base motor - and its noticeable. This car runs great. Together with the All Wheel Drive system, you can get wherever you need to go, regardless of road or weather conditions. The wheels are very good all the way around no gouges or curb rash. This car has 66,394 miles on it. Carfax shows accurate mileage. This car may be driven, so it could have more miles on it by the time the auction is over. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
