First off at age 52 I'm not the wheeler dealer type.I built this bike as a friendly rivalry between my son and his friends to go heads up against there newer and much faster to start with Suzuki', Yamaha, Kawasaki and Honda Crotch Rockets. Its taking me over a year and a half and probably cost more money than what this CBR Honda cost brand new, but it accomplish the goal and out ran them all, TOP END, DRAG RACE and Closed Circuit Road Course.This is a highly modified 2002 Honda CBR f4i. That I've owned it for about THE SAME 1 1/2 YEARS that I bought off my son and some of his friends owned THIS BIKE before him. Will start with the motor modifications bigger injectors FULLY PORTED & POLISHED HEAD that's been flow bunch and cc' PLUS I decked head to INCREASE compression ratio to 12.6 to 1 COMPARED to stock 12:1 so 93 octane PUMP GAS is more then okay, HRC CAM KIT UP GRADE with E3 spark plugs and K&N filter. EBC CLUTCH stronger than stock.NEW EBC BRAKES FRONT & REAR, LEO VICE SBK Carbon fiber slip on tailpipe. fully mapped out POWER COMMANDER the bike has been run on a DYNO three different times after I added different modification. New RJ GOLD chain and sprockets regeared several different times for the best performance to be attained on the dyno to match up with horsepower ratings of a 140 wheel horsepower now. Compared to stock of about 102 hp. this bike has reached a top speed of 181 mph on the dyno and on a runway in Texas called THE FLYING MILE I had reached 174 mph legally.plus I have a RAN A BEST 6:90 ET at 106 mph on the 1/8th mile dragstrip in GLEASON TN about 4 miles from my house. 2 like New Michelin Pilot tires with soft rubber on sides for going around corners and hard rubber for straight always, this is the second set of the same kind of Michelin tires I've had on it, that have lasted close to e SIX thousand miles on the first set. The bike does have some scratching on the right fairing and the tail WEAR YOU SIT has been a little cracked but has been repaired with apoxie. THIS FAIRING AND TRAIL PARTS CAN BE BOUGHT IN SAME YELLOW COLOR USED ON EBAY PRETTY CHEAP CHECK IT OUT YOUR SELF OKAY. I JUST NEVER DID BC IT WOULDN'T MAKE IT FASTER, SEE PHOTOS after a slow speed Corner spill at Elkhart Lake Wis Road course into the grass. THE MOTORCYCLE IS IN GREAT RUNNING ORDER NO PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING, NEED NOTHING TO RIDE ANY WHERE, AND STILL GETS 32 MPG.
