This is an Awesome Dependable Daily Driver that averages about 17 mpg! If you're wanting an affordable family fun Street Rod / Hot Rod ~ THIS IS IT!!! Has Clean Title & ready ta go I've owned this car for about 7 - 8 yrs, and the 2 previous owners were personal friends of mine, but none of us know anything about it's history, from when it was converted to a Street Rod, Who built it, When it was built, Painted it yellow, Etc, Etc.Etc....."sorry". Honestly, It's a clean, older built car that's an awesome Fun Dependable Daily Driver that's even won a few local Car Show trophies and I DRIVE IT. Yellow was painted a long time ago(?) and it's in really great shape....(Always garage kept) Hall of Fame automotive Pinstriper "Von Dago" painted the Flames with intertwining Pinstriped Flames in a bright Lime Green a few yrs ago and they look like he did it yesterday! You can Google him: Jeff Von Dago Scozzaro Brown Vinyl interior is in awesome excellent condition. The front carpet looks brand new, although the carpet in the rear should be replaced. Original Mohair Headliner and it's in fantastic like new shape. Someone installed a Cassette radio player in the dash (where the factory radio once was) - but I've never used it. GM tilt steering column. Turn signals work - with indicator lights on dash. Stewart Warner Gauges work - new - installed 2012 Horn works High beam works - with indicator on dash Wipers work -- Although I don't use 'em and have installed Chrome Bullets on the shafts for looks. Front cowl Air Vent is still hooked up & also works. Has Brand New front windshield rubber - installed 2012 All glass is "Excellent" Side windows are tinted. All interior handles are new & everything is tight, and works great! ~ installed 2011 The doors have the keys & they both lock. As does the Deck lid. Trunk also has some hidden storage compartments. Chrome locking gas cap with the "Ford Script" on it as well. Running boards are in excellent shape for their age 'cause they seem to be original. Tires are like new & look barely used. Brakes are fine Shocks are fine Dropped front axle Original spring over a '57 Chevy rear end, with Awesome ladder bars. Air Shocks in the back - come in handy when there's another couple in the back seat. Original master cylinder on firewall ~ but has an after market Duel cylinder system hidden in the front fender-well. The 'Lil 327 c.i. Chevy mouse motor runs absolutely grrreat and don't look all that bad with the few Chrome goodies I've put on it. Eldebrock Intake manifold has been 'Powder Coated' yellow Von Dago painted the Air Cleaner (also Powder Coated) to match the Flames 'n Pinstriping on the car. Recent fresh oil change. Electric fuel pump New battery Duel exhaust runs all the way to the back, with Chrome tips below the bumper. The turbo 350 Tranny also is excellent and had it fully serviced last summer - 2012 The radiator has a pair of extra "pusher fans" on the front of it, to keep it nice 'n cool in the hot summer months if necessary. Has switch by the gauges under the dashboard to operate the fans. *The 1940 Washington Lic. Plate - will not - got with the car!!! Not wanting TRADES of any kind - so don't even waste your time.
