Exterior: Has normal dents, dings and scratches a 1998 car would have. Color : Blue No rust, paint holds nice shine. Engine: Typical reliable Volvo motor runs Great. No leaks. Exhaust: Replaced NEW at about 110,000 miles. Trans: Automatic, Shifts Great like it should. No leaks. Battery: Weak Brakes: Should be fine. Tires: 80% tread, see pictures. Radio: AM FM CD Cassette Heated seats. Duel temperature climate controls Power windows Power Door locks 1. There are NO fluid leaks. No drip marks on the drive way of any kind. 2. Past two years service done: Oil, Tires, not sure what else. 4. The car comes with an extra set of brake pads. Not sure why but, the previous owner gave them to us so, we will give them to you. 3. The drivers side door open sensor switch needs to be fixed. The car thinks the door is open so the light stays on by the drivers left foot. We purchased the replacement part but, did not install it. If we install it in the next 7 days before the auction ends we will post it to the ad. If not you can watch the youtube video how to replace the switch yourself. 4. In its history this car was in an accident. In a residential neighborhood, while sitting at an intersection a lady making a right hand turn hit the driver’s side door. The door was replaced and painted to match. This caused the driver’s side seat air bag to deploy and rip the seat. 5. The passenger door does not open from the outside handle. Not sure why. The inside door handle works fine. 6. The passenger side door window goes down but, not up with the switch. We tested the motor it is fine. It seems to be the control switch. You can add power to the motor and the window goes right back up but, the switch is not telling the motor to go back up. I am guessing if you replace the switch it will be fine. 7. The passenger side headlight wiper blade broke off with the winter ice. 8. The car is missing 3 of the center Volvo wheel hub covers. I think we have them I just don’t know where they are. We will look but, can’t make any promises. 9. On the driver’s side there is a worn rubber grommet for the strut. It should be replaced because it is worn and makes a noise on a bumpy road.
