On May-07-13 at 19:42:25 PDT, seller added the following information: I am going to apologize now. I did not understand correctly what a clear title meant. I am correcting the problem now. The car was purchase by me in 1977. I was 16 at the time. My dad told me he transferred it to my mother. This is not so. I went to DMV. The documents are not complete. Therefore I will be getting a bonded title. Looking at the definition it will stay this way for 3 years. I do not see any problems with the title being clear.
