The CR-V has always been great (this is our second new one) and the 2012 redesign made it quieter, more fuel efficient, and added interior room. I bought this new in Dallas for my wife a year ago, in spring 2012. I have a new car coming in so this one has to go. We added a light tint to the side and rear windows to keep it cool in the summer and day one had the liner that covers the entire floor of the cargo area and the back of the second row so they are also protected when folded down so its in very clean condition (rear liner included if sold at buy it now) High-quality Weather-Tech soft rubber mats in matching light gray for front and rear seats to protect the carpets. Still under warranty (of course) and dealer serviced. Texas has mild winters anyway (and this year was even warmer than usual) so no salt from roads. Original tires are still in excellent shape. Oil was recently changed (trip computer monitors it and counts down from 100% until it tells you it needs changing, about every 5-7,000 miles; its at 90% now). This is an EX-L, top of the line, so it has power, heated from seats, leather front and back, great interior storage, USB for iphone/iPod connection, and an excellent factory navigation system. Very sharp rear view camera that also shows lines over the picture projecting where you will be as you back and turn - very handy for parking garages, alleys, etc. Long list of safety features including stability control, anti-lock brakes, front and side curtain airbags. Quiet, smooth, roomy. Rear seats fold with the flip of a switch in the hatch area (seat bottoms flip forward when you pull the switch, then the backs flop forward, very cool.
