Up for auction I have a Land Rover 88" wheel base series 3. This Landrover was made on Novemeber of 1972, and reads so on the tag with the VIN number and the weight of the vehicle. The tag reads: The Land Rover Co LTD 11-72 GVWR 4453LBS GAWR Front 1826 Rear 2625 2590137oB. It is a barn find. Was last running in 1988. It cranks over with the hand crank, but it is not running or driving currently, but the motor is not siezed up. It needs complete restoration, and needs some glass, as well as the gas cap. Comes with a bill of sale only, NO TITLE OR REGISTRATION. I'm trying to work on getting the paperwork straightened out, and the grandson said he would help me any way to get the needed paperwork.
