I originally bought this bike as a simple winter restoration project, my intention was to "cafe" it out. However, a bad back and poor eyesight are double teaming me into reality. With that said, I hope the pictures will show that this is a solid bike, mostly stock (except for drag pipes), and virtually complete. The seat has been cut down a little and recovered. All I have done is rebuild the front brake, remove the carbs for cleaning and start to prep the tank for painting. The motor turns freely, and I tried the shifter which seems fine too. It comes with a new battery (xmas gift from my long suffering wife), a replacement speedo cable and drive, and a clear title. The speedometer and the title I received do not agree, so true mileage is unknown. The former owner told me he had ridden it all the prior summer, but again, who knows. I have had it about a year myself. If you are looking, you know this is an appreciating classic, so there is not much downside if you choose to purchase. While it would be a shame to break it up, I would think it could be parted out if need be. Please write with any questions you may have, or even if you want to bs about bikes of this era.
