1979 Black TRANS AM HP 455 T-TOP This is is TRANSAMNMUSCLE AUTO we are specialist in 2nd generation Trans am, we have been selling Trans am’s for the last 11 years, I have shipped them all over the states and some European countries. You are bidding on a 1979 ORIG. BLACK ON TAN TRANS AM WITH high performance Pontiac 455, deluxe interior and T-top, I had this car for the last 7 years. The car was disassembled to get ready for paint, all spoilers, flares, side markers, door handles, locks, weatherstripping, all the chrome, rear lights and emblems were off the car, all the disassembled pieces were painted separately and put back on the car, It had a base coat clear coat paint job on it, new weather stripping, Emblems and a lot more. New decal set and stripping was installed by a professional. The interior is all new front bucket seats and the rear seats, The Dash is in good shape, new headliner, new carpet, the door panels are in great shape. A Performance gauges set were custom fitted on the original cluster for originality, the voltage gauge acts up sometimes. It have low miles on a rebuild High performance 450hp 455 Pontiac engine, the engine was build right, it has a very crisp performance sound to it with an attitude response when you step on the gas, it just kicks you back and spins the tires with just a tap on the gas pedal, high performance pistons, 9 to 1 compression,high performance cam, worked heads for high flow, aluminum intake manifold, 750cfm double pump Carburetor , ram air 3 exhaust manifolds, dual exhaust with stage mufflers, MSD BOX with rpm cut off, posi rear end 3.73 gears, 350 turbo automatic tranny, the car Ran the ¼ mile in 12.9sec at 109 mile.
