This truck may or may not fit your taste or today's style but if you wanted a 1970's truck in this condition I don't know where you would find one comparable. The body of this truck is so straight & the paint is slick! I havnt seen any rust anywhere and as the pictures show I've been under it, around it and above it. Even the bottoms of the doors look like new. I bought this truck at a classic vehicle auction so I didn't get any history on the truck but I very much believe the miles are most likely actual. As the data stickers in the glove box shows this was a very highly optioned truck from the factory. It's the first one I've had with the factory tach. I sand the paint off the block pad to see if it was the factory 454 & it has been decked so the numbers are no longer readable. But it sounded like it had been worked over, it sounds like it has a solid lift cam. It starts right up & has a smooth idle. It runs & drives good. In the pictures you can see its TH400. I havnt driven it much because even though the tires look like they were put on yesterday but all four are very dry cracked so if you plan on driving this truck home plan on buying tires immediately. If you look at all the pictures you will have a extremely good idea of its exact condition but the winner of the truck is invited to thoroughly inspect the truck to his or her total satisfaction prior to paying a penny & if its not everything you hoped just leave it here! we are a small and i do mean small town dealer that sells worldwide. we have shipped to 38 states and several foreign countries. we do our best to accurately describe our vehicles and more often than not our buyers say our vehicles are better than they expected. we are dealers but we arent salesman, we tell it exactly how we see it without any sugar coating which im sure costs us some sales but we end up with happier customers. we know how it is to travel long distance to buy something not described accurately and try our absolute best for that to not happen to our customers. but even though we do our best to describe our vehicles we know that everyone looks at vehicles differently so we take the best photos we can and a bunch of them and include more of the negatives than the positives in our photos. on top of this our policy is that if for any reason whatsoever one of our buyers isnt 100% happy with their purchase we release them from the transaction without any questions or hassle! we prefer our buyers to not even pay until they have personally seen, driven and inspected the vehicle to make absolute certain it is the vehicle for them. because we handle vehicles from brand new condition all the way down to a junker we deal with buyers that have a varied ideas of vehicle condition and we strive for our buyers to be 100% satisfied.
