Terms & ConditionsTerms & Conditions The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as an eBay™ Community Member. The winning bidder is required to pay a deposit of $500 within 24 hrs of auction close. Deposit must be paid via paypal within the stipulated time period. The balance is due within 5 daysor upon delivery which ever comes first. We accept,cash & wire transfers only for payment of the balance. If the balance is not received within 5 days, the deposit is forfeited and the transaction will be cancelled. We strive to disclose as much information as possible about these vehicles thru pictures and written descriptions but we are bound to miss some things from time to time. It is the buyers to responsibility read the description / condition report and look at all pictures closely to verify the condition of the car. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, etc. The vehicles we sell are used; some of them are more than 10 years old. The winning bidder is required to pay a deposit of $500 within 24 hrs of auction close.
Deposit must be paid via paypal within the stipulated time period. The balance is due within 5 days
or upon delivery which ever comes first. We accept,cash & wire transfers only for payment of the balance. If the balance is not received within 5 days, the deposit is forfeited and the transaction will be cancelled.
We strive to disclose as much information as possible about these vehicles thru pictures and written descriptions but we are bound to miss some things from time to time. It is the buyers to responsibility
read the description / condition report and look at all pictures closely to verify the condition of the car. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, etc. The vehicles we sell are used; some of them are more than 10 years old. We will provide temp tags to buyers who require them. Buyer must present proof of insurance before temp tags can be issued.
