For sale, 1996 Cadillac Deville. Car has 142,132 miles on it. I just put a new battery in it and had one of the belts replaced. I am selling the car As-Is. The car is mechanically sound, it starts right up every time and the engine runs fine, but it does go through coolant quite rapidly, I add coolant and water before I drive it and keep a close eye on the engine temperature. It also has two codes that show up when you're driving, one says “Service Ride Control” and the other says “Service Emissions System.” It has said these for the entire seven years I have owned the car and my mechanic has said that they mean nothing. Also, the Service Engine Soon light will turn on occasionally, seemingly at random. Cosmetically it is in good shape. The soft top looks good. The only cosmetic issues are the drivers side side view mirror which has a deep scratch on it, and the rear passenger side door panel has a dent on the bottom. The antennae is stuck halfway up, but this does not affect the sound of the radio. The interior is pretty clean, there are some shrouds missing on the door pulls and the plastic on the underside of the front seats is cracked (see the photos for what I am referring to). I bought it in Arizona, so the dash shows a little wear from the heat. The rear upholstery is in fantastic shape though. It has an after market ten disk CD changer in the trunk, I think it works but I have never used it. I have complete service records for the whole time I have owned the car.I am in the Tolouca Lake area of Los Angeles.
