2000 Suzuki DRZ-400 Dual Sport BikeUp for auction is my 2000 Suzuki dirt bike. This is the street version of the DRZ-400. It is primarily a dirt bike, but it is also street legal, so you can ride this bike anywhere. It has working headlight, tail light, horn and turn signals. I prefer to keep these on because I like to do dual-sport rides where you are both on road and off road. This bike is a great choice for this. The most important thing is that it has Electric Start. No more kicking to get the bike started! This bike has a very strong, but manageable power band. It is a four stroke. The tank, fenders and graphics are plastic aftermarket parts. I never received the original metal tank, nor did I want it. I set the bike up for offroad riding. It has Malcolm Smith Racing engine skid plate and radiator guards, hand guards, wide aftermarket foot pegs, aftermarket Yoshimura exhaust and a plastic gas tank. The seat is very comfortable and is in great shape, with the exception of a small tear near the gas tank that you can see in the pictures. Aftermarket seat covers are cheap, but this small split didn't bother me enough to replace. The bike is very clean. Most of the 4,500 miles on the bike were street miles. This bike is too clean to have seen much dirt time. Let the pictures do the talking. The bike does have an ignition switch and instrument cluster, which all work. It has 2 trip meters which are handy for dual sport events. It even has a digital clock. The tires are almost new. This bike is fun to ride. The suspension is set up for offroading, and with this seat, you can ride this bike all day long. The bike is located in Spring, Texas, which is a suburb in NW Houston.
