Vehicle Detail
I'm selling a great little bike that I have had for quite some time now. It has not been used much in the past 5 years, >1000 miles. A 1974 Honda 350 Four with 13,965 original miles. I am the third owner. CLEAR MN TITLE. I would not consider the bike in mint condition, but definitely GOOD to GREAT. There are a few light scuffs in the tank by the seat which shows up good with fresh wax. Gas tank latch is broke and has a 16d bypass when I bought it. (There are fix kits available for gas cap). Chrome is in great shape. Seat is in great shape. Battery and tires were new about 5 years ago with less than 700 miles on them. (always stored indoors in a heated garage while I owned it) I customized the exhaust by using the stock head pipes to where they were rusted through, and welding on stainless steel extensions for a 2 into 1 on each side and then put a chrome muffler on. Center stand is still usable. Recently the fuel petcock was rebuilt, due to gas leakage over the winter, and the carbs were cleaned. Battery is good. Fires right up and purrs !! I took it for a ride around the block a few weeks ago before the big snow. I did notice that the front break caliper was sticking, so that will need to be looked into. (I do have a complete front brake system from a donor bike which will be included in the sale) ALSO I have the original owners manual and tool kit (under the seat) to stay with the bike. Manual still has original plastic cover. The bike also has Honda oem highway pegs, backrest, and rear rack. The bike had some taller handlebars which I replaced with the ones on it now. (I also have a set of handlebars and controls that will be included in the sale). The bike did not have a seat lock assy, so I took one from a donor bike. At this time, the seat lock is a different key from the ignition; but I am including the matching oem ignition switch so it can be changed to match the seat. Pleased check other auctions. Leftovers from the donor bike are being auctioned separately also! I reserve the right to end the auction early being it is for sale locally. Local pick up is preferred, but I can put in an open trailer and transport for an additional fee of $1.50 per loaded mile up to 300 miles from Twin Cities MN metro area. SOLD TO USA lower 48. Commercial shipper drop off will cost extra. Please contact FIRST ! A non-refundable deposit of $500 via Paypal is due within 72 hours of auction end. Balance is due in the form of CASH upon pick up / delivery. Any other questions, PLEASE contact via email or call between 7am and 8pm Central time. Thanks, Chuck ( 612 ) 741 - 5729
