Offered for sale is a 1971 Honda SL 350 K1 Motosport Motorcycle. This bike is an extremely nice example of one of the more sought after bikes from this era. I purchased the bike from a gentleman in Pennsacola Fla. The bike was sold new in Galesburg, Illinois. I was told upon buying it that it was all original, and that the miles were as well. Upon taking delivery, I noticed that perhaps it had been restored at some point, based on the fact that the chrome looked very nice for Japanese work, however, it is a very nice representation of what it is. I was told the miles were original as well, and I believe that they are. The bikes starts, runs, and shifts as it should, in fact, it shifts like a 1700 mile bike, perfectly. It needed the paint freshened, and I had Marblesmotors do, and match the paint, which was done very well. The tank paint is I believe original factory Japanese. the front and rear fenders I believe, have been repainted, by the previous owner, but look, and match very nicely. I also have clear title to the bike, in my name. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer example for sale, anywhere on the web. I am very picky about my bikes, and I think you'll find this out, when you see it in person, and the level of detail. I really dont want to sell, but a divorce forces sale.P. S Even though the pictures are dated 2008, they were taken in 2012, I hate messing with cameras..... The front tire seems to be fine and that the rear tire does have some checking, so if planning to ride long distances, new tires should be bought, otherwise, short rides, they should be fine. Also, I redid the seat on the bike, and the pan was powdercoated, and the original vinyl, very nice. Everything on this bikes works as it should,and as I stated, I am a detail oriented owner, and it shows....
