This Futura gets 30 mpg easy. The motor does not overheat or have any strange sounds, and it cranks right up. Transmission shifts smooth and has no issues. Hit the Highway without worries, it is stable and tracks straight. The Body: The body is straight, and solid. The doors do show rust in the corners and are starting to bubble. Other than that the body is good along with the undercarriage, see Pictures! It has been repainted within the last 15 years and it still shows shine, but it does show its age (It is 50 years old) Mechanical: The car stops very well, has newer lines plumbed along with new shoes. The Trans works as it should, It does not have A/C and it does not have a Radio. Electrical in the vehicle is fine. The brake solenoid switch acts up and will keep the lights on sometimes when you stop and shut her off. This is a simple fix (29$) Tires have 90 % tread on them and are balanced. SHE DOES NOT LEAK A DROP!! NOT A SINGLE DRIP OF OIL/TRANS FLUID / REAR END FLUID. Has Brand new Fuel System including tank and lines! She runs great! The Interior: It has been updated within the past 7 years and it works well with the car, The door panels are starting to show age, the dash is solid and there are no issues there, The Pictures will speak for themselves. Door lock popper has stripped plastic in the rear and handle sliders should be replaced. Doors have rust on the bottoms from poor drainage. Please note: Car does come with the correct period Trunk mat! took it out to show the solid trunk floor, along with a Spare wheel and Futura Cap/ along with Misc Accessories.
