1980 Black Honda CBX 1000 The rarest of them all, the black 1980 in truly fabulous preserved condition. Only 12850 miles from new, this bike has obviously been maintained well and looked after during its life. This is a 'made in the USA with US and Japanese parts' bike, as they were built in Marysville, Ohio.The only things non-original I found were the badges on the tank, gold colored badges are attached to the tank, and actually suit the bike. The rear lugs on both side panels have been glued back in place.Original seat with no tears, original mirrors, original HM469 exhausts which do show a little discoloration near the head but are otherwise solid. Tail piece cover actually fits really well, for a change. No pitting on the forks, rear shocks work well, all in all a really nice CBX that can be used and enjoyed as-is; runs excellent and can be ridden anywhere.Please check out the pics as this is the actual bike that is being auctioned: Ask any questions through ebay.  This is a very nice bike that would qualify for any serious collector as a very good condition stock CBX.  Turnsignals, horn, rear fender, headlamp mounts, gauges, everything is original and in good condition. No rust or pitting anywhere.  Not many around like this, and therefore my reserve is set sensibly and the bike will not be cheap.  So please have your finances in order, have permission from the missus to buy, and all your ducks in a row before bidding.  Transport can be arranged, I can get the bike delivered anywhere in the US in a specialized covered truck fully insured for around $600, less depending on distance.  I can assist with international shipping, and can get the bike delivered to any major US port.  Obviously shipping costs are for the buyer.  Check out my feedback, I have sold many CBX motorcycles and want to keep my reputation unblemished.  Thanks for looking at my auction, and good luck with your bids!
