I’m posting this for an old friend who doesn’t use Ebay. This old truck has been in their family since it was new. It has been reposing in his yard now for some time and it’s time to let it go. It was running when parked but the mechanical condition is unknown at this time. The engine did have oil put in the cylinders when parked. It’s a 1956 Chevrolet 3500 with the original straight 6 engine and 3-speed transmission. It’s pretty straight with the exception of some rot as shown in the pictures. The old girl deserves to be restored and hopefully that is what will happen. We have decided to let the market work and not put a reserve on the truck. He can work with the buyer on pickup and temporary storage. A small $100 deposit is requested by Paypal at the end of the auction. At the time of this listing, the owner could not locate the title but Georgia won't issue a new title on a vehicle this old anyway. Sold on bill of sale.
