Sorry if there is confusion about the crate engine - cant' remove it now, but I added it to the title so anyone wanting a big block to rebuild would find it in a search, although the vehicle is certainly still very driveable - we would still be driving it except I came across a newer one that needed a trans and fixed that up for my wife. My son has a truck with a big block now, so we don't need two vehicles with that much power for the farm and around. I originally bought this because I've worked at the GMC dealership it was bought from for over 30 years in service and I knew the excellent maintenance record on it. I have continued the general maintenance on it - water pump, alternator, etc. There are no issues with the engine or trans that I know of. It has been sitting for about 6 months now. I have started it a few times and it has been used once since for about a 2 hour round trip with no problems.Cash at pickup is fine, but ebay won't allow me to change the deposit requirement now, sorry.
