Here is a true piece of history for sale. (TRUNK PICTURES ADDED} During the end of the production year, Ford ran out of 302 and 351 engines for the Torino Brand, so instead they put 298 engines in them.This is one of those cars. I'm selling my 1968 Ford GT Torino Original Color red with black interior. Bucket seats and console. 289 V8, Original numbers matching engine Automatic transmission Power steering Drum Brakes My Torino is one of my favorites, but I'm selling it because I have too many cars. This car has a great running engine and the prior owner provided receipt from when the engine was rebuilt to the way it was from Ford. The transmission was rebuilt at the same time. This car is so much fun to drive I hate getting out of it. With the new exhaust and Flowmaster muffler it sounds very healthy! The interior is nice, but the front seats need new covers, the headliner is near perfect. The sail panels for the headliner is faded. This car has not been in any serious accident and I can't see any signs from any damage ever. The car has ZERO rust that I've seen. The trunk is near perfect the floors are rust free and in great shape. The paints showing its age but works if you just want a nice driver. Just get in it and go! I took it to a local cruise-in and it got a lot of attention. So if you can see the ad the car is still for sale!
