Florida motor vehicle shows the last plate on this as a 1928 chevrolet Horseless Carriage # 326 in 1963. It also shows up on microfilm records may 3 1944. Florida title number 1724566 on VOLK SW. Not sure of history or who built this car, what parts were used. It appears to have been built out of many different parts. I am told it was set up as a 2 man to race.
