I have a 1963 Thunderbird Jr Powercar built by the Powercar Company of Mystic,Connecticut.They produced 5,000 cars from 1955 thru 1966.The 1963 was a very low production car with only two to three still known to exist. Car is all original Was built with foreward and reverse,and with headlites and tail lites.Car is belt driven with a Ford starter motor and car battery. Measured 64 inches long and 34 inches wide.Was built to go 5mph for 8 miles before recharging.This car is being sold in as is original unrestored condition. I have never had a battery in it. These were very expensive and used as a promtional item and as a prize give away by Ford Motors.Car has a 6 inch crack in the fiberglass hood and will need a windshield and rear bumper, both are available reproduced at jrcentral on the internet.I bought this 4 years ago from the basement it had sat in for almost 50 yrs.Buyer can pick up or make the arrangements and pay the costs for shipping.
