For sale is a chevy c 65 dump truck. This truck is in nice condition the only reason for selling is because i need the money for a much bigger tandem dump i found. This truck does (NOT) have air brakes. The gvw is 27,500 and empty weight is around 11,000. You (DO NOT) need a cdl as long as you plate it under 26,000. The engine is a 366 that runs great and the transmission is 5 speed stick. Rear end is a 2 speed. This truck will haul 10 tons of gravel down the road just fine. All the tires have good tread and the steer tires are brand new. The bed dumps good and is in good condition. The truck drives nice and stright down the road and shifts good. This truck is very very reliable I use it almost everyday for hauling dirt /gravel/scrap and pulling equipment on a trailer. The brake pads will need adjusted to regain a full firm brake pedal and the bed could use a coat of paint to make it nice and the driver seat could use recovered or replaced since the vinly is tore up on the bottom.
