The 912 E is a rare car; Porsche produced this model after the shock of the first oil crisis, a fuel-economic version of the 911. It offers the body, the suspension, the brakes and the transmission of the 911 2.7 and the (comparatively) easy and inexpensive to maintain engine of the 914 2.0. Only 2000 left the factory. Olny 2092 were ever built and only 500 left the factory with a sunroof, so yes this is one of 500 of its kind! This is a great car for a collector or to grab, keep and drive. The car runs very well is is really fun to drive. The body and interior of this car are in fantastic condition. The only blimish is a small ding on the drivers door whis is shown in the photos. It catches many eyes driving around town and starts a lot of conversations. This is really a great car!
