2002 Excursion with 2012 UPDATE! Really NICE! Okay, this is what we have. It's a 2002 Ford Excursion with 2012/11 headlights, hood, fenders, grill and front bumper. Wow! It looks great! We bought this from a Florida dealer that buys Excursions and does the 2012 conversion updates. Everything on the truck is stock 2002 Ford Excursion, except the above mentioned updates and the 24" Incubus Chrome wheels and tires. The truck is a real head turner! We have driven it for about a year now and we really enjoy it. We get asked everywhere we go, "Wow, when did Ford start making the Excursion again?" Everybody goes on and on about it! 2005 was the last year Ford made the Excursion. This is really a very rare vehicle. There are less than 30 of these rolling around. If you are the high bidder, you'll be one of a handful of 2012 Updated Excursion owners! The truck has 171,951 miles and runs and drives perfect. This is not a show truck, it is a daily driver. There are a few paint chips here and there and 1 small ding at the rear passenger corner, at the bottom of the taillight. No dents otherwise. The interior is a very nice tan leather, in great shape with very little normal wear. The rear leather seat has a scratch across part of the passenger seat. It has factory DVD entertainment system with one screen. Ice cold air, power windows and locks, factory radio and CD player. Carpet is in great shape. We do not smoke and as far as we can tell, the truck has never been smoked in. Tires are really good - almost new. Keep in mind, although the truck looks like a brand new 2012 Ford Excursion, it is a 2002, so all the normal wear associated with a vehicle that age is there. It has the 5.4 Litre V8, auto transmission. Everything works great, very dependable. We are going to buy a full size conversion van with doors on both sides, so we are selling the Excursion. Our loss could be your gain! As we are offering it for just $14,900 or highest bid, no reserve. The dealer that I purchased the truck from specializes in buying lightly damaged Excursions, then rebuilding them to 2012 updated Excursions. Thus, our clean Texas title indicates "REBUILT SALVAGE".
