The body is in really good shape and is 99% rust free, very straight which is hard to find on this style and age of car . One repaint that still looks and shines beautifully as everyone can see in original B5 Lucerne Blue. It is powered by a 360 V8 engine with a rebuilt holly 4bbl carb that sounds amazing and runs perfect 20,000 miles on the rebuild. With the 727 automatic transmission shifting incredibly smooth. The small size and weight of this hot rod really lets it get up and move! It has power disc brakes and newer tires on rallye wheels. (less then 2000 miles on tires and brakes) Another feature on this powerful classic that my wife loves is the power steering which makes it fun, easy and not a chore to drive like some of the other older classics in the same class. The vinyl top is in great shape with no rust that is oh so common on these. This is a 2 owner car and the gentleman I got it from kept it in his heated garage with the rest of his collection. I was amazed at the condition and quality of this scamp. I have come across maybe 20 others and this is the only one up to my standards and worth buying. It really is fun and easy to drive. He kept great care of this valiant with regular oil changes and only drove it to car shows and on Sundays when it was not raining. Every little detail has been gone over. Which means everything works from blinkers to horns down to the tiny license plate light, even up to the small light in the glove box! Turn key ready to roll! oh yeah almost forgot ebay makes you put exact miles but its missing the fifth digit its got 140,000 miles. I do enjoy this class of car for many reasons. One is the fact that it is in most people's price range who are looking for a muscle car. You can buy a beat up road runner in so-so conditon for 20K or this for under 7500 and not have to do anything to it. Most of my auctions end early. It is a true no reserve and will go to the highest bidder if it runs the whole week long course. I am able to help with shipping if needed or airport pick-up.
