Hi everyone. I'm selling my 1987 Porsche 928 I boght it in hopes of restoring vehicle to new condition but havent had time to do so. I have to many other projects going on and have no room to put it in doors.First all the good. The car runs great. I bought it not running and have had the computer redone. New tires.Both window switches, new fuel pump.The best looking mirrors that porsche made.Replaced wheels. I dove it for a year then the trans started to down shift after getting warm. I was told by a porxche mechanic that it has a vacum issue. Haven't had time to check it out so I parked it.I dont know the history of the car so I can't tell you if t belt was change, the drive belts look good and I suspect they have been change but never pulled cover off of engine to check t belt. Now the stuff that I know needs to be repaired. Both power windows stopped working since car has been sitting, I have checked them the motors are bad. Power steering pump is leaking, have kit to rebuid. Power seat isnt working power hatch motor isnt working i have also check and needs new motor it makes noise but doesnt turn cam to release. Some one put a aftermarket shifter handle on I have some parts to replace and have factory shifter handle but not installed. Paint is good but the side moulding are starting to have the clear get cloudy or turn white. The sunroof needs to be adjusted it closes but doesnt pop all the way up in back it seems to be about 1/8 of an inch low. This will make some one a great car with a little time and money. I just cant see letting it sit outside and ruin do to the fact I can't get to it. I know these cars are on the rise and are a very good looking and fun to drive. Seems I forgot to describe the interior. The interior is in good condition. The speakers have been change and so have the grilles. The door panels and the rear interior quarter trim panel have the leather shrinking. Drivers seat is worn and a small tear starting where your butt rubs rest of interior is good. oh it also has a aftermarket radio. with a hard drive system to play mp3s.
