This is a sweet 1971 510. The car is Butternut Yellow and the paint is original. After all these years, the paint is still glossy. The body is nearly rust free. See the photos below for evidence of the dryness of this car. The previous owner lived in Las Vegas, and you can still see a parking/access sticker for Nellis Air Force Base on the front bumper. The car runs and drives, but needs some things to be roadworthy. It needs a master cylinder (leaks), a tail light, and tires. The body has some bumps and bruises from the 41 years. It could use some new weatherstripping on the doors. The tires on the car now have a ton of tread, but they are old and weatherchecked. I wouldn't trust them. The interior looks ok. The seats are in good shape and are totally serviceable. The dash is dry and cracked. All the door panels are in place and in decent, usable shape. This car is almost ready to cruise, and the great thing about it is that it won't take a bunch of time and money to do body work and rust repair. Just fix a few mechanical items and go. What you see in the photos is what I have for the car, with the exception of the following: I have a spare carb from a later year Datsun and I have the extra vertical bumper appliques for the rear bumper, but they are bent. I have a clean title in hand for this car. I do have the trim that goes across the hood. Unfortunately, I don't have the screws. The trim is in good shape with one little ding just off the center.
