Automatic with Manual Mode This 2005 Pacifica is in very, very good condition inside and out. This front wheel drive Touring model is loaded with luxury and convenience features, and the 3.5 liter V6 runs very well. It's rated at 250 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque. This Pacifica has over $5300 in factory options including 19" chrome wheels, the Rear Entertainment system, a power glass moonroof and the "Quick Order Paclage" (power liftgate, heated seats, power pedals, CD/DVD changer and more) The exterior is in very nice shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include 19" chrome wheels and fog lamps. The interior is also in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. The entire interior of the vehicle is very clean - no stains... Both front seats have power controls, and they are heated. There are also power adjust pedals, so anyone can find a comfortable driving position. The 2nd row seats are also in very nice shape. There is a 2nd row storage console with cup holders, and there are A/C vents for 2nd and 3rd row passengers. the 2nd row seats are also heated. The 3rd row seats are excellent as well. The cargo area is clean, large and versatile. The 2nd row seats can be folded and tumbled forward, and the the 3rd row seats to fold down into the floor, creating a variety of seating and storage options.The liftgate is power operated, with switches on the key fobs and above the driver. This Pacifica offers a full compliment of convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer with compass display; tilt wheel; cruise control, and much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. The Automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. The audio system has a subwoofer and steering wheel controls. There is an in-dash AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo and there is also an in-dash 6 CD changer that also plays DVDs for the rear monitor. There is a HomeLink universal gate/garage opener and HomeLink and liftgate switches overhead. The rear entertainment screen folds down from overhead. A wireless remote is included (wireless headsets are available on eBay)The manual and both remote keys are with the vehicle. Autocheck shows accurate mileage an no problems of any kind. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
