Vehicle Detail
72 Camero project car, all spare parts included. Solid car with some rust in usal ares, shown in pictures. Engine 454 with the hi flow heads. The guy I bought from told me it came out of a dually truck and was setting for a while with the hood off so some water got in. The truck was parked because for a spent crank bearing. The engine looks like it was recently rebuilt before the spent bearing. All accessories come with the block, starter, water pump, fuel pump and power steering. I purchased a carb and intakes that come with the car. The carb is a Holley 750 in great condition and comes with braided gas line kit and pressure gauge. The intake is a low rise hi flow Edelbrock in great shape. The valve covers are new polished aluminum with all the hardware, breather cap and filler cap. I am also throwing in a set of ceramic hedders cost me $200 used. Suspension I had the front in rebuilt soon after is bought the car, cost was $1,200. All the worn bushing and rods were replaced and front end was aligned. The car drives very tight and straight and stops well. Car had front disk brakes with rebuilt calipers. Body I tried to show all area where there is rust, mainly on the quarter panels. This another area on the rear frame where the leaf spring attach. On this unibody the rear frame is welded to the undercarriage. That is the part this is rusted and I have the replacement for both sides that go with the car. The floors are in great shape all around the trunk is sold also. The key is broken off in the trunk lock so I couldn't take a pic. The channels around the trunk are solid, and areas around the rear glass are rust free. The A pillars are rust free and all the glass is perfect, the windshield is brand new. The quarters and rockers have the most rust but can be saved with patch panels. The inner fenders are missing; the hood is fiberglass with cowl induction. The hood is pinned or can be used with hood springs. I have the correct door mirrors that go with the car and a new set of door handles. Wheels/Tires The tires are in great shape still 80% of their tread left. All 4 rally wheels are complete with caps and rings and in good shape. These wheels aren't cheap, if you don't like the style you can sell this set for $600-$700 easy. Interior The front seats need recovering and the headliner needs to be redone. The rear seats, sail panels, door panels and dash are in good shape, just need a good cleaning. The car needs gauges and rear part for console. Has a in dash DC player with ok speakers
