Up for sale is a very rare 1975 Eldorado Convertible in Mandrian Orange. There were only 6 Mandrian Orange cars built and I know of only 2 others that have survived. I bought the car from the original owner back in 2009. Prior to this the car sat in a warehouse for over 25 years. I have done extensive work to this car including the following: New brakes including calipers, rotors and hoses, new shocks including new air shocks, new belts and hoses, new exhaust including new cat and magnaflow mufflers, new master cylinder, new CV joints, all new wheel bearings, new ball joints, new CV shafts, new front seal, new Corker radials all around, new rebuilt Master Control for HVAC system, new rebuilt Programer, New AC compressor, system converted correctly to R134, Trans serviced, New oil and filter, new hood insulation, engine painted and detailed, underside of the car cleaned, painted and undercoated, new battery, new front windshield which now has a small crack, a completely new correct leather interior including carpet, and the door panels redone by Jenkins Interiors, a new Hydro Top and glass window. After writing all of this I know I have way to much money in it and I am sure I missed something. Condition of the exterior: The paint is original showing some age. It is thin in places, there are a few chips and a couple of dings, as per some of the pics there is some spots of surface rust but only where shown. Overall the paint is in good original condition. The chrome is original and in good shape, not show quality. There is a crease on the passenger side lower but is very hard to see. The car looks better than I am describing but I want to be upfront. Condition of the interior: Most of everything has been replaced. The dash is excellent, without cracks, the AM-FM 8 track works, the antenna goes up and down, the clock does not work, power windows work fine, power seat works, it is a bench seat with the very rare pillows, the top is new and works well, one of the latches has been replaced as they are very easy to break, the parade boot is included with the correct fasteners and storage container, the trunk is clean and complete with the correct accessories. This is a very nice rare car that has been gone through, very dependable and fun to drive. I have way to much money in the car but it is time to go. I do not use the car and need the room.
