ITEM DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:Here folks is a very nice and very rare 1976 cadillac seville milan convertible soft top that makes all people curious,stop somewhere plan on talking for 10 plus minutes,at least but what a fun car and you will meet alot of neat people and hear alot of stories truley awesome. With a no reserve auction sold to high bidder. So folks, you are bidding what it's worth to you and I have no idea what that may be but I am sure you do. We will do our very best to describe this cadillac as accurate as we can and I will be telling and showing you as much as I can with the description and pictures. Ok, here we go. The 1976 cadillac seville that has been converted to a milan roadster soft top convertible, This car kit was to have been built in California by Milan coach builders in Simi, they took and used only 1976 to 1979 sevilles which of course was a 4 door sedan and look at them afterward how cool is this, you should be one of the only ones in your town or possibly even in your state or country to have one of these cars, I am almost certain of it.This milan conversion was to have cost customers an additional $15,000 dollars plus shipping the car to and from location after purchasing the car from the cadillac dealer. This was so if you desired to have them build you a piece of history. Many folks desired to have the conversion but because of the great cost it kept the number produced very low, we were told that they built somewhere around 100 or so a year of this car. So how many of these are still around, probably very few. This car has a drive train that is the rocket 350 with factory electronic fuel injection and appears to have all factory emission equipment still factory complete and still all hooked up as it is from the factory, also has the 3 speed (hydra-matic) automatic transmission with the 10 bolt rear axle with the big 11 inch brakes and drums, wheels are steel 15 inch with matching factory stainless steel wire wheel covers - factory from cadillac. The interior has many power options and accessories, climate control air conditioning (that has been converted to134a) and heat, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats, power antenna, power locks, leather seats with flip down center arm rest, carpeted floors and trunk. Listen folks, the miles on the odometer reads as 06389 and this may vary by a few miles depending on bidders coming to test drive. And yes folks we encourage you to come and do just that. HERE IS WHAT WE KNOW:Interior Condition: This cadillac milan roadster has factory leather seats and steering wheel that show average wear and some cracking in them but still look very presentable and nice for there age, carpet still looks nice and dash area looks great no cracking found. The things that we know will need some minor attention is the power antenna, radio not working, power seats do not move properly, remote mirror cable broken, interior door handles and door panels slightly loose. Head lamp floor dimmer switch sticks sometimes. So for a 36 year old car you may have some minor things to do but what a great fun car to do it with and you will have the only one around. (folks we work hard on these ads and details and up to date photos and try to miss nothing)Exterior Condition: Paint is nice and looks very good with lots of shine left, there are some minor blistering and a few chips and cracks minor fading in the paint at various spots. But really the car looks very nice for the age. As for the soft top it is starting to show its 30 plus years of age it has a few loose treads and a loose snap or so but still works well and looks good. We did picture the top for you so you can see condition. But really the car appears to be very solid and pretty much rust free for 36 years old. The floors and frame and all mounts and supports look to be rust free and original, not touched up and are in very good shape. And folks we put it on our lift for you to see it. We pulled all wheels so we could picture and inspect all wheel wells and look for any repair or rust work it looks absolutely great and rock solid and again original. Tires are great tread but do show some age. Folks this is a very solid and nice original milan caddy that is a rare find and a collector item. Hope these pictures help all you. All pictures are recent and taken 1 or 2 days prior to ad posting we give you the real up to date news and photos on what you are buying.Driveline Condition: This cadillac has the 350 rocket motor with factory electronic fuel injection and the fuel pump is mounted outside of the fuel tank from factory (how nice) wish they still did that,pump does make slight humming sound.Also it has an automatic transmission (hydra-matic) with the 10 bolt rear axle and the good 11 inch drum brakes, great driveline combo. It sounds very good, no odd noises or smoke or leaks noticed, lots of power and very smooth. When cold car does need to become warmed up 5 or 10 minutes to perform at its best. Transmission shifts smooth and works very well as it should. We see no reasons or concerns why the winning bidder should have any problem driving this car home. You really will love how it looks and how it drives, very smooth (just like a cadillac). We describe these ads as accurate and honest as we can and try to give you the best pictures possible.
