this is another relist. i have had two previous sales, one was no deposit high bidder, last week was a scammer posing as gifting for a relative. i have tried to set buyer requirements better this time. but, once again... please feel free to bid and buy. i have driven this car more than a couple of hundred miles since the first sale. the car starts, runs and drives good except the tranny hangs up in first gear until high revs, then shifts into second. this is more noticeable when cold. i have no problem managing this myself but do not wish this to go undisclosed, obviously. feedback and emails i recieved from eBay member(s) suggest repairing idle kick down cable, as this is typical. the tranny is made by toyota and they are reliable. hi and thank you. this volvo has a good carfax and clean title. mileage is accurate. i had the chance to drive this Volvo today and take the photos. on the highway and around town, it was a pleasure to be in and seen in !@! at 70 mph the car drives steady, smooth and quiet. stops with authority and steers well. all windows, gauges, and controls work properly. the previous owner seems to have just replaced the battery, belts, gaskets, plug wires, etc. motor is great and needs no repair. spare tire and jack are in the boot. 2 keys, floor mats, etc... all original. i just had a tranny service performed as tranny hangs a bit sometimes on upshifts. you have to ease back some on the gas peddle for it to go into next gear. does not slip and all gears and over drive function. the tranny service and new fluid/filter i guess was helpful, but did not solve the issue. i have put over 250 miles on the car since and seems ok to me. you have to decide if you could live with that or not. but, this is and older car and this is what i noticed: some minor wear issues in the drivers seat, leather show signs of being sat on over time and there is a small wear tear two inches long along the side of the seat near the recliner handle, spare tire has been used, 2 brand new front tires, sway bar bushing and a fresh alignment last week at the tire store, bumpers are fading some and the rear tail-lights are dullish. please see all photos carefully, i took every good and bad shot i could - its all there. left front wheel/hubcap just got scuffed on a curb not shown in photos. please call or email me with any questions. my email is jbb1425@hotmail.com and my cell is 203.258.3356. just ask for jon or tony, happy to help. this veicle is located in naugatuck, CT 06770, just south of beautiful waterbury off scenic RT #8, about exit #28. no reserve, bid and buy - you all decide what it is worth. this car can be driven home, no known issues except as stated.
