Vehicle Detail

A 2012 Triumph Tiger Explorer - Phantom Black It's used but is has only 1133 miles on it! No Reserve. $12500 starting price A year of factory warranty comes with it (which is transferable) This motorcycle has ABS anti lock brakes. Man you will learn to love thatlike I have. You don't need ABS until it gets slippery out butthen you REALLY need it. It has Touratech hand guards and Rox Speed handlebar risers. The new motorcycle initial dealer service has been completed so no service is required. It's ready to go. The most fun motorcycle Triumph makes. It's in the adventure touring classso it's designed to be driven off road and let me tell you that's no joke. The handle bars are high, thick and wideand the foot pegs are positioned just right. You can this toss this bike around like there's no tomorrow. The way it's laid out you get the feeling you can ride over the neighbors Beetle, turn around and do it again. It's as they say - confidenceinspiring. It - is - fun. With that all said this one has street tires and a 1200cc engine soit really rips down the road too. It's very purposeful looking (to me it looks kind of mean). The styling is aggressive. The first thing you will notice when you sit on this bike is how comfortable the seat it. The seat is cushy. Cosmetic condition: Much of it looks new. There are some boot scuffs on the muffler. There are a few nicks here and there. There is some soil along the bottom andin the nooks and crannies. But mostly it has sat indoors. You can detail it out and people won't be able to tell it's used except by the tires. - Paul R Background info from Triumph: The ultimate choice for the long haul adventurer. Class-leading handling. The journey doesn’t have to end when the Tarmac does. Brand new, 1215cc engine, with shaft drive of course. A Triumph to take on the world. Here's a review The Tiger Explorer delivers power via a ride-by-wire throttle system. Cruise control is another feature which will help set the Tiger apart from its open-class competitors. Triumph employs switchable ABS braking and also uses traction control. These features are standard which is nice, but will also command a higher MSRP. A steel chassis houses the open-class engine with standard fork and monoshock. The wheels are cast alloy 19-inch front and 17-inch rear. Utilizing a shaft drive means the Triumph Tiger 1200 uses a single-sided swingarm. Photos reveal dual headlamps and a hydraulic clutch. Exhaust exits the right side and the Tiger has a center stand, though it’s uncertain whether or not this is a standard feature. Triumph has prepared the launch of its new flagship adventure touring motorcycle with a host of accessories. These include hard and soft luggage along with high and low seat options. Heated grips and other electrical options are expected with a 950W generator providing plenty of power. That includes auxiliary lighting.
