1989 Honda CRX si yellow Y-49 color code. I have put over $9k in just parts in to this crx in the past 2 years not including my labor for all the work. fully rebuilt d16y8 vtec engine with only 10k miles on it after the rebuild. The car was built for track duty but mostly serves as my daily driver. This crx is fast and reliable, its my daily driver and I would drive it to California and back.Engine has no problems what so ever and is very strong. approx 170-180whp and runs the 1/4 in the low 14 high 13 range depending on driver and track conditions(with street tires and pump gas). I average 35mpgs "but that depends on how frequently you keep the hair dryer blowing". Has no a/c but does have heat. Tuned with turboedit on 93 octane pump gas at 5psi ! Everything I have done has less then 10k miles -rebuilt d16y8 engine -oem gaskets -ACL race bearings -Bisi-moto turbo camshaft regrind -godspeed t3/t4 to4e turbo -AEM wideband A/F gauge -VMS fuel pressure regulator -FAZE boost Gauge -passwordJDM turbo manifold with center wastegate -3" downpipe -oil feed and return lines with properly tapped oil pan -Mishimoto dual core full aluminum half radiator -mishimoto coolant hoses -345cc injectors -NGK v-power 8 cold plugs -10.2mm high energy wires -new cap and rotor -adjustable camgear -oil catch can with bottom drain -z6 intake manifold with z6 TB -Hondata thermal intake manifold gasket -battery relocated to rear hatch -2.5" custom charge piping -hybrid mini deltaspeed wastegate with tial diaphragm and 5psi spring with titanium fire ring -xs-style BOV -Godzilla 3 core bar and plate FMIC -new brembo rotors drilled and slotted -new EBC greenstuff front brake pads -new rear brake overhaul(all new components) -SS brake lines -New rack and pinion -inner and outer tie rods -short shifter with ES shifter bushings -Rhino upper A-arms with adjustable camber -1.4" M1 lowering springs -KYB GR2 struts front and rear -V-line 15" gloss black wheels with polished lip(NO curb rash or scratches) -195/50/15 talon sport tires with 95% tread life left (like NEW) -re upholstered seats leather with yellow stitching -All interior pieces are in the car and in great shape!! -2.5" mandrel bent exhaust with N1 style SS muffler deep tone(NO rasp or ricer fart noises) -New battery -ES motor mount inserts -front and rear upper tie braces -L3 close gear ratio 5spd trans with zc final -xts stage 1 pressure plate -exedy stage 2 clutch with throw out and pilot bearings The car is 23 years old and not perfect but I can promise it is a far cry better example then most of the CRX's that are out there for sale. I would love to keep it and complete everything I had planned for it but I really want and could use a truck and unfortunately I can't have my cake and eat it too.
