Vehicle Detail
This custom built 4x4 has seven inch lift with 35" OFF ROAD tires that have about 70% tread left. Just installed new three joint rear drive shaft from TOM WOODS CUSTOM shafts. This truck has been driven and shows normal wear for age of paint, etc. All mechanical is in good condition and has been maintained by a professional mechanic. The seats do have camo covers as the truck is driven every week for short trips to the woods. Vehicle has more power than needed with 2003 V-6 that has less than 10k miles on it. Comes with true custom built duel exhaust that reveals to all on-lookers that this is the real deal. This Off Roader is a lot of fun and very reliable as a daily driver. The 7" lift allows for 37" mudders if thats what you desire but I've found the 35" mudders I've been running to take me anywhere I want to go. :). Notably; I will provide additional pics to serious buyers. Personally a major selling point is that all running gear like the 03 OHC engine has less than 10k miles. I am in the process of building another 4x4 and a v=twin bike so I stay busy. This is the first time I've listed this BAD BOY and I do mean it lives up to it's name. There is no rust through and has been garage kept. The truck cost over $13.5 k to build. Of case the four wheel drive is manuel lockers, and shift in front of the auto tranny. ADD ON LIST: 2003 V-6 OHC engine; new radiator; new inner and outer axel bearings; new custom front and rear drive shafts; new rear seal on 4 speed automatic transmission; New/rebuilt front and rear 4.56 front manuel lockers by WARN; rear LS Locker; Rough Country 4" suspension lift & shocks with 4" drop Pitman arm; 3" body lift; Bushwhacker Cut Out Fender flares; Flame paint job; rock sliders and skid plates; 8x15" Custom Mag Wheels; Mile marker 8000lb front mounted winch; Flow Master mufflers on the true duel exhaust; Custom frnt grill guards and headlights; custom Back-Up lights; Custom seats & center consle; CD player with AM FM radio. Everything mechanical on this Off Roader is in good working order e.g. you can park it for several weeks turn the key and it cranks right up with the first couple revolutions (even standing out side of the truck with just reaching in and turning the key.). I just installed the new custom rear drive shaft about two months ago after I gave her a little too much throttle while driving out of an asphalt parking lot.I twisted the spicer cast iron u-joint coupler in half due to the extreme torque put out by the low gears.( I simply locked in one of my front wheels and drove it on home for repair). i.e. With the 4,56 gear ratio if your on pavement you need to get a 15 or 20 MPH roll before you throttle down more than normal driving. Nevertheless, this truck will keep pace with all highway traffic or out pace all others. Moreover, I'm the only regular driver and never "dog out" my machines. I'm trying to paint a "minds eye" pic for readers like if your on the dirt from a five or twenty MPH roll, she'll throw you back in the the seat and dig right in. The new rear drive shaft is larger tube diameter with all three larger u-joints with a factory warranty from Tom Woods Custom Drive Shafts . The new rear shaft only has a few hundred miles on it. If I had more time I'd probably ask $9,500.00 for this truck and will do so if it fails to sell this first listing. I run my own business in the Mechanical Contractor field and don't have to sell it but I am planning on finishing up another 4X4 project I have about 90% complete.
