This unit is sold with a CERIFICATE OF DESCRUCTION TITLE sold by to my company, purchased from State farm Insurance company ,this unit can be inspected in most states and a title will be issued in your name with no problems ,I know the state of Kentucky is one of them and sure they are many more that have same procedure , you may check at your DMV , this unit was claimed to have water damage but no such problems we replaced battery and detailed truck and put 2 new tires on front the others on rear are like new.This truck is nice as they come rides and drives great low miles every thing works fine supper nice unit interior excellent no tares or fading ..I know many Kentucky dealers buying and reselling these same type units in Ky.
