I am selling my 1937 Plymouth 2 door sedan. This had an older restoration but still looks very presentable. The body and floors are in excellent condition. Even the running boards are nice and have new rubber. It runs and drives but the clutch either needs adjustment or replacement. (I have a brand NOS clutch that goes with it). It has a new battery but doesn't seem to be charging. It has all new wiring throughout the car and fuse boxes have been added. The generator may just need to be polarized. I was planning on converting it to 12 volt anyway. The chrome bumbers shine like new on the outside but have surface rust on the insides. Brakes and steering are good. It has a six cylinder engine. The person I bought it from said it was rebuilt but I don't have documentation. It runs very smooth and doesn't make any strange noises and doesn't smoke. No fluid leaks either. It has a 3 speed on the floor.This is a VERY well preserved 75 year old car. It does have a cracked vent window passenger side window and rear driver's side window( All flat glass.) This car needs very little work to be an original driver nowl or would make an awesome and unique street rod. I need to make room in the garage so I am just doing a 5 day auction with a very low reserve and buy it now price. Seller will be responsible for arranging shipping but I will be happy to assist with loading the car. I reserve the right to end this auction early as I have just made the car available locally. To make it fair to all, I posted my rock bottom on the car as the "Buy it now" price. First $7,995.00 take it! On Dec-02-12 at 05:55:07 PST, seller added the following information: I have decided that I will not relist once auction is over. Weather is going to be too bad to ship soon. I have lowered the reserve and the Buy It Now price in case anyone is seriously interested in owning the car. You won't find a better price on a 75 year old car in this good a condition.
