I just bought this rig a few month ago and have invested much time and money in it. All mechanical work done by Green Oval and Columbia Rovers here in Portland. I have receipts for over $5k in work done over the last few months. The truck runs amazing with all the new equipment. It is a very clean and comfortable old classic. It has a few minor cosmetic, seat electrical, and heater repairs that could be done. It has some fading paint on the hood but not enough for me to consider repainting (see pics). Has a few minor door dings that would be an easy paintless dent repair job if you wanted (not significant enough to bother me). SO HERE IS THE LIST OF NEW STUFF (all done since August and I have all receipts adding up to more than what I'm asking); Transfer case, head gasket, valve cover gasket, new radiator and hoses, new brakes and brake system (EVERYTHING was replaced! Abs system, booster, accumulator, rotors & pads all the way around, brake switch, bulbs), new wheel bearings and hub fluids, new fuel pump, new alternator, brand new tires, alignment, oil changed, new idler valve, old cracked interior wood replaced and vinyl on dash , new Kenwood deck with all the bells and whistles, new Alpine speakers all the way around, new headliner, rear seat leather that was torn (replaced...great match), and a new battery. A/C blows cold and strong. All dash indicator bulbs and sensors operate, and no check engine or warning lights illuminated. Also it has absolutely no leaks! 174k miles but it seriously drives like it's new after all the work. I would trust this truck to get me to NY with no issues. It's been to the Oregon Coast, Mount Hood, and the Columbia Gorge this month and I'm super happy with it's performance. I hate to sell this rig for I do truly love it and have a lot of money in it, but it's not big enough for my dog and all my gear. I'm also actually too tall to sit comfortably in the driver seat...so now I'm shopping for a Defender. Thanks for your interest! This really is a great Range Rover Classic!
