charvetmagic Store 1966 Lincoln Continental - ONE OWNER ORIGINAL. Nice! LOW MILES. Purchased at McKinney Lincoln-Mercury in Salem, Oregon; this Continental has had one owner since new. Always serviced and maintained for the past 46 years, in recent years it joined the owner's stable of collector cars of the 1920's-1960's. Original paint in overall very good condition with just a few chips on the passenger side at the rear. See photos. (Sorry about the rainy pictures, but it's Fall in Oregon!) Chrome is bright. Very good original interior with only minor wear from less than 2,200 miles a year average use since new. See photos. Loaded with factory options including original 8-Track tape player. This was truly top-of-the-line Lincoln luxury in 1966! Mechanically, the car runs well. Original 462 Cubic inch V-8 rated at 340 horsepower. 94,859 miles. No smoke or leaks. (That's steam from the exhaust in the photos - it was a cold day and car was just started.) Has not been driven much recently. We would suggest a full service and fluid change before extended driving. With the recent passing of the owner, his family has decided to offer this Lincoln for sale. Offered at a low reserve.
