Issue:Passenger seat airbag sensor is going. If there's no passenger, the airbag light is on because it's picking up a 'light' person in the seat instead of being unoccupied. This is a common problem with the e46 BMW and there are plugs to mod sold on Ebay to bypass the sensor so the airbag circuit thinks there's always someone size of an 'adult' so the light doesn't come on.
