Vehicle Detail

This is a real 1967 RS SS Chevy Camaro Convertible. It is the original factory color combo when it was new which is Bolero Red exterior with white convertible top and deluxe white interior. The cowl tag also shows this car to be a real RS SS by the 4P on the cowl tag. This car has some other rare options such as a power convertible top, factory console, deluxe interior, rear antenna , power steering and also front disc brakes which was a SS option. This car is super nice running and driving car. I feel this is one of those cars you can get in and drive anywhere you want. The 4 speed shifts out nice with no issues. The previous owner had put all new brakes on the car as well and kept it well maintained. He also had a 1000.00 stereo system installed a while back. It still has the original AM radio in dash they installed a cassette player mounted by the console with a cd changer in the trunk installed. Easy to take out if you don't want it but there if you need some crusin music. The car is super straight and everything lines up nice. I see no rust issues or bubbles on the exterior and the floors, trunk and frame seem to be great as well. The car runs, handles and sounds great. I think it has most of the original metal on the car as well. I think the quarters have been replaced but done well. I think it is very rare to find a real RS SS Camaro convertible but even more rare to find a car that is in this nice original condition with many of the original parts. The 350 engine is not original but I think some of the engine parts might be. I believe the transmission and rearend are original to the car. The paint is very nice on the car and is a very nice red. It has a few chips that have been touched up with the same color so they are hard to see. There is a door ding on the passanger side that is very small but can be seen in the right light and could be removed by one of the dents guys. It is so small it doesnt bother me but want to mention it. This is a great chance to own a classic muscle car drop top that is rare to find a real RS SS car that has not been cloned. The interior, top, carpet and dash are all in nice shape. The convertible rear plastic window has some hazing but most do anyways. The deluxe door panels are nice as well but show a little fading on some of the white and could be easily redyed white. There really is not much to do to this car but jump in and drive it and have fun. I might list a few of my other Camaros. I have two 69 Camaros and a real 67 Z 28(supe high dollar restoration). I also have a few Trans Ams I might sell also sell. Please only bid if you have the funds to buy this car and have permission from whoever. On Nov-24-12 at 20:45:29 PST, seller added the following information: This car will now go to the highest bidder. My low reserve has been meet. Looking at some of the other 67 like this one on EBay are in the low to mid 40k range I think this car is a steal. Especially since this one is a 4 speed and the original color combo. Happy Bidding. On Nov-26-12 at 05:47:16 PST, seller added the following information: If you have zero feedback please call me at 260-582-9296 so I can make sure you are a real buyer and not some 13 year old trying to buy a car. This car is going to the highest bidder at this point good luck to all bidders.
