This auction is for a fairly clean 1980 CB750 Honda DOHC Custom. 15151 miles. K&G Custom rear rack, with sliding backrest. lowered seat. Brand new tires and battery in June. Brand new Alternator Charging Rotor, and Stator, professionally installed, after he plated and insured it, put new tires on it, the shop told him it was not charging. Charges perfect now, fairly standard on these. Previous owner was not mechanically inclined. Fortunately he did not own this bike long, and it appears to have been otherwise well take care of. I found a Vetter Windjammer Model 5 in the exact same color, even the trim is close in color, so I installed it. The jammer has some issues in the mounting area, but has been repaired much stronger then stock. I installed the backrest assembly. The rubber tipped float needles will leak if you let it set with the fuel on for extended time, so float needles are needed at some time. I took the carbs apart and they are very clean inside. However It runs and drives strong. Good brakes, all lights work. Replacement exhaust in good condition, quite quiet, but raps nice if you get into it. chrome is all pretty nice. Clear title, and key in hand. I just finished the fairing install and test drive, I have to wash it, and get pictures in the daylight... I just wanted to get this time slot. The price is fair. Included is a good {original} complete clutch. An incomplete set of carbs, very clean, well useable if missing peices are replaced. There is also a set of cams, and buckets, with shims. Clean economical transportation. The lowered seat interfered with the side covers, and previous owner lost track of them. New Float Valves will be installed and included in price. .
